Workshop Software Manajemen Pustaka (Mendeley) untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Penulisan Guru di Salatiga

This activity aimed to enhance the research writing quality for accounting teacher in vocational high school in Salatiga by using mendeley. The method was given with workshop in a day. The results showed that all participants (31 teachers) of this workshop have never heard about mendeley. After training, 87,5% participants said that mendeley was easy to use and have very strong comprehension 25%, understand 62%, and less understand 13%. Interestingly, 50% participants showed the willingness to use mendeley in the book writing, research, and other activities that need many references. The participants suggest the facilitator to intensify the workshop for senior teachers and school must provide the excellent internet connection.

ABSTRAK
Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penulisan penelitian maupun artikel ilmiah untuk guru akuntansi SMK se- Kota Salatiga dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak mendeley. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melaksanakan workshop selama satu hari. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa 100% peserta workshop (31 peserta) belum pernah menggunakan mendeley sebelum pelaksanaan workshop ini. Sedangkan setelah di training melalui mendeley 87,5% peserta menyatakan bahwa mendeley mudah untuk digunakan dan menyatakan sangat paham 25%, paham 62%, dan kurang paham 13%. Menariknya, dari keseluruhan peserta, 50%Â menyatakan akan menggunakan mendeley di dalam kegiatan penulisan buku, penelitian, dan lain sebagainya, 50% menggunakan setelah mempelajari lebih lanjut dan tidak ada yang menyatakan tidak akan menggunakan mendeley. Saran dari peserta yaitu perlu adanya pendampingan secara intensif bagi guru senior dan support internet yang cukup.
