Author Guidelines

Instructions For The Author Journal of Research Edutama (JPE)

  1. The written articles cover the results of research and development in the field of educational and educational sciences. The script is typed with Microsoft Word program, Times New Roman letter, 11 pts size with space 1.15, A4 paper size (3 cm margin left and right, bottom 2.5 cm) for maximum 20 pages. Articles can be submitted at http://ejurnal.ikippgribojonegoro.ac.id/index.php/JPE/user/register or emailed to lppm@ikippgribojonegoro.ac.id
  2. Articles are written in Indonesian or English. Systematic research articles are titles; Writer's name; College, email, abstract along with keywords; preliminary; research methods; results and Discussion; Conclusions and references.
  3. Article title can not be more than 12 words. The title is printed in capital letters in the middle, with a 12 pts letter size
  4. The name of the author of the article is listed without an academic degree, with the name and address of the institution of origin, and placed under the title of the article. Primary authors should include correspondence or email addresses.
  5. Abstracts and keywords are written in two languages (Indonesian and English). The length of each abstract is 150-250 words.
  6. Systematic article of research result is title; The author's name (without an academic degree), abstract (maximum 150 words) with the keyword; Introduction (without title), methods, results and discussion, conclusions, and referral lists.
  7. The introductory section contains background, research or study context, literature review, and research objectives. The entire introductory section is described in an integrated form in paragraphs, with a length of 15-20% of the total length of the article.
  8. Part of the research method contains exposure in the form of paragraphs on the research design, data sources, data collection techniques, and data analysis that is actually done by the researchers, with a length of 10-15% of the total length of the article.
  9. The results and discussion section contains exposure to the results of the analysis related to the research question. Every research result should be discussed. The discussion contains the meaning of results and comparison with theory and / or similar research. Length of exposure results and discussion of 40-60% of the total length of the article.
  10. The conclusion section contains research findings in the form of answers to research questions or in the form of a summary of the results of the discussion. The conclusions are presented in paragraph form.
  11. References include sources of books, research articles in journals or research reports (including thesis, thesis and dissertation). The Reference List contains only referenced sources, and all referenced sources must be listed in the referral list.
  12. Referral sources of at least 80% of the literature published 10 years. References used are primary sources of research articles in journals or research reports (including thesis, thesis, dissertation).
  13. The list of references is arranged in the manner of the following examples and sorted alphabetically and chronologically.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
