Pelatihan MC dan Protokoler Menggunakan Metode Drill Practice dengan Media Audio Visual pada Pemuda Karang Taruna

Abstract


ABSTRACT

The purpose of MC training activities and protocols for youth, to provide knowledge and improve the ability of youth youth as MCs and Protocols. The method we use in training practice drill methods and audio visual media. Techniques for collecting data on observations, interviews, pre-test and post-test to determine the MC's abilities of participants. This training activity was carried out on September 17-18 2018 at 09.00-finish. The target of this training was youth youth in Wotsogo Village, Jatirogo Subdistrict with a total of 17 people. The results of the training show that through practice and audio visual drill methods can increase interest, quality of MC activities, increase knowledge and understanding of MC activities, and provide provision of practical skills for youth youth as MCs using effective language, good voice regulation , and have behaviors and attitudes as a MC according to the results of the pretest and posttest.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan MC dan protokoler bagi pemuda, untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kemampuan pemuda karang taruna sebagai MC dan Protokoler. Metode yang kami pakai dalam pelatihan metode drill practice  dan media audio visual. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara,pretes dan postes untuk mengetahui kemampuan MC peserta. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan pada tanggal  17-18  September 2018 pukul 09.00-selesai. Sasaran pelatihan ini adalah pemuda karang taruna Desa Wotsogo Kecamatan Jatirogo dengan dengan jumlah keseluruhan 17 orang. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan melalui metode drill practice  dan audio visual dapat meningkatkan minat, kualitas kegiatan MC, menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kegiatan MC, serta memberikan bekal keterampilan praktis bagi pemuda karang taruna secara langsung sebagai MC dengan menggunakan bahasa yang efektif, pengaturan intonasi suara yang baik, dan memiliki perilaku serta sikap sebagai seorangMC sesuai hasil pretes dan postes.
