Merancang Pembelajaran yang Menyenangkan di Era New Normal

Abstract


This community service-based research aimed to determine the level of use of knowledge transfer activities in making learning design that fun for educators, students, and parents in the new normal era. This research activity was carried out through a zoom meeting room with the number of total participants was 446 people consisting of various professions and educational levels (SMA - S3). Instruments in data collection used evaluation questionnaires that were distributed to participants by a google form. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that designing joyful learning as in the seminar met the needs of participants. The content of the learning material is fun and beneficial for students and educators. Almost all participants agreed that they understood the material presented by the experts. The results indicated that the community needs joyful learning for children to avoid learning boredom. Fun learning based on the students' needs consisted of creativity, critical thinking, communication, cooperation, and empathy. The synergy between the school and the families of students determined the success of learning.



Penelitian pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebermanfaatan kegiatan transfer pengetahuan dalam membuat rancangan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi para pendidik, peserta didik dan orang tua di era new normal. Kegiatan penelitian pengabdian ini berlangsung melalui media zoom meeting room dengan jumlah partisipan yang terlibat sebanyak 446 orang yang terdiri dari beragam profesi dan tingkat pendidikan (SMA – S3). Instrumen dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner evaluasi yang dibagikan ke partisipan melalui google form. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pengabdian menunjukkan tema dalam kegiatan seminar sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta. Isi materi pembelajaran menyenangkan dan bermanfaat bagi peserta didik dan pendidik. Hampir seluruh peserta menyatakan sangat memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber.  Hasil penelitian pengabdian mengindikasikan bahwa masyarakat sangat membutuhkan rancangan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan supaya anak tidak mengalami kebosanan dalam belajar. Pembelajaran yang menyenangkan berbasis pada kebutuhan peserta didik yakni kreativitas, berfikir kritis, komunikasi, bekerjasama, dan empati. Sinergitas antara pihak sekolah dengan keluarga peserta didik menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan.
